What we collect, and what we do not
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how AI Regulation & User Privacy handles information when you read the site. It is written to be read, not to satisfy a checkbox.
Information we collect
- Reading data. Standard server and analytics records - pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referring site. These are aggregated for traffic measurement.
- Preferences stored on your device. Small local entries keep interface state such as the mobile menu and search history. They never leave your browser.
- Messages you send. If you write to the contact address, we keep your email and its contents to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
There is no account system, no payment flow and no advertising profile built by this site itself.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and local storage for three purposes: remembering interface preferences, measuring traffic in aggregate, and serving the advertising that funds the site. A banner-level notice appears in the footer of every page so the disclosure is always one scroll away.
Third parties: analytics and advertising
Traffic is measured with privacy-conscious analytics that does not cross-profile visitors. Display advertising is served by partners, including Google, which may set their own cookies and use identifiers to select and measure ads. Those partners act as their own controllers for the data they collect; their use is governed by their own policies. You can manage personalised advertising in your browser settings or through your ad settings with the provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port information connected to you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be sent to contact@airegulationprivacy.com. We answer within the window the applicable law gives us, and we tell you if a legal exemption applies. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and it will be removed.
International transfers
The site is reachable worldwide, so analytics and advertising partners may process data outside your country. Where required, those transfers rely on the safeguards the applicable framework provides, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continuing to read the site after a change means the policy as updated applies.
